The legal fund is for the purposes of retaining and paying for the services of
experienced and competent attorneys to challenge BFI and the permitting agencies at every opportunity.
BFI has many lawyers and millions of dollars.
As citizens we do not have the money BFI does to hire lawyers, so we must depend
on each other to raise money.
We cannot let this dump or its continued expansion go on - it is too dangerous! We must all fight
together!
